Kitchen Doctor

Ingrid's biggest web site is Kitchen Doctor. It emerged out of a combination of her study of medical astrology and Ayurveda. The idea was to encourage enough understanding of constitutional types and the specific idiosyncrasies of each type to support the individual's capacity to manage some of the underlying causes of disease.

Kitchen Doctor has now divided into two web sites: Dosha Balance and Kitchen Doctor. Dosha Balance is purely Ayurvedic and Kitchen Doctor contains more general self-help educational articles, including some of Ingrid's original work with blood parasites and her important Mid-Life Tune Up Program.
